Feedback from Shanghai 4 days tour

I visited Shanghai from 23 Oct to 26 Oct and had the privilege to tour under the tour leadership of Ms Lily. I would rate the experience as excellent. She is customer centric, humorous and warm up very easily to everyone of us. She really had her 'Radar On and Antenna Up' as she was aware of what was going on around us. It was indeed a great surprise to us, when she celebrated the birthday of some of us. Well, it was said that an extra degree makes a difference in life and in business. Ms Lily definitely gives more than an extra degree of effort in her job. She is truly passionate.?
