The annual Harbin Ice and Snow Festival will be open to the public on 24th December 2017 for trial operation. The official opening ceremony will be held on 5th January 2018. The Harbin Ice and Snow Festival is the biggest annual event held in Harbin and attracts ice and snow sculptors from all over the world.
