After breakfast, the city tour around Beijing will start with Tiananmen Square. Then we will proceed for the exploration at Forbidden City. Forbidden City, also called Imperial Museum, was the imperial palace for emperors during the Ming and Qing dynasties. As the best-preserved imperial palace in China and the largest ancient palatial structure in the world, Forbidden City with the magnificence of royal architectures and imperial treasures is a must-visit attraction in Beijing.

In the afternoon, the trip will begin with a tour at Hutongs and Siheyuan. Hutongs are alleys formed by lines of Siheyuan, traditional courtyard residences. As an important cultural element of old Beijing, Hutongs and Siheyuan are great choices for people to get to know Beijing local history and culture.

Then we will go to Yandaixiejie to get a deeper understanding of ancient Beijing culture. Yandaixiejie is a famous ancient street in Beijing. There are numerous stores and shops lining on both sides of the street selling various kinds of antiques and souvenirs.

The last stop is scheduled to be Drum Tower. The Drum Tower was built in Yuan Dynasty. As it was 46.7 meters high and was placed on brick base, the Drum Tower is a prominent construction in Beijing. As the symbol of old Beijing, Drum Tower is a great site to experience the ancient atmosphere of Beijing.

The Jinshanling Great Wall stretches a length of 10 kilometers from the towering Wangjinglou Tower in the east to Longyukou in the west. With a relatively remote location but has stunning natural scenery, as well as it original features and tranquil environment, the Jinshanling Great Wall is a popular section for hiking.
