Today your sightseeing will begin with Tiananmen Square. Our guide will pick you up at from your hotel and transfer you to Tiananmen Square. As the largest public square in the world, Tiananmen Square can hold over one million people. It is often considered as a national symbol in China.
The next scheduled destination will be the Forbidden City. Forbidden City, also called Imperial Museum, was the imperial palace for emperors during the Ming and Qing dynasties. As the best-preserved imperial palace in China and the largest ancient palatial structure in the world, Forbidden City with the magnificence of royal architectures and imperial treasures is a must-visit attraction in Beijing.
After lunch we will do prayers at Niujie Mosque, a famous mosque in Beijing. Then in the afternoon, the trip will begin with a tour at Hutongs and Siheyuan. Hutongs are alleys formed by lines of Siheyuan, traditional courtyard residences. As an important cultural element of old Beijing, Hutongs and Siheyuan are great choices for people to get to know Beijing local history and culture.
Then we will go to Yandaixiejie to get a deeper understanding of ancient Beijing culture. Yandaixiejie is a famous ancient street in Beijing. There are numerous stores and shops lining on both sides of the street selling various kinds of antiques and souvenirs.
The last stop is scheduled to be Drum Tower. The Drum Tower was built in Yuan Dynasty. As it was 46.7 meters high and was placed on brick base, the Drum Tower is a prominent construction in Beijing. As the symbol of old Beijing, Drum Tower is a great site to experience the ancient atmosphere of Beijing.
Tonight dinner we will have the tasty Beijing Roasted Duck. After dinner, we will enjoy an excellent Kungfu Show at Red Theater. After the show, our guide will transfer you back to the hotel.

This morning we will go to visit Beijing Zoo after breakfast. For tourists not convenient to see giant pandas in Chengdu, Beijing Zoo is a great destination to see the cutest pandas. There are around 450 different species of animals to see at Beijing Zoo.
Then we will proceed to visit Summer Palace. As the largest and the most well-preserved royal park in China, Summer Palace is a must-see attraction in Beijing. Famed as “The Museum of Royal Gardens”, Summer Palace attracts tourists for its natural beauty and cultural interests.
We will have a shopping stop at Tea Shop. You may find some interested tea products there.
Our guide will bring you back to the hotel for rest.
