    We will pick you up from your hotel in Hong Kong, Cruise Terminal, or Hong Kong International Airport.   Usually we will tell you the place and time to meet, and our driver will hold your name sign.  
     
    Coach transfer to Shenzhen North Railway Station.  
     
    Shenzhen to Shaoguan: Train G6022 (15:31/17:02).  Our Shenzhen tour guide will go to Shaoguan with you, stay in the same hotel with you, escort the tour for 2 days.
     
    Free time for the rest of the day.  Recommend you to go to Shaoguan Fengdu Walking street at night.

    -- Shaoguan--

    City of Shaoguan: A city located in the north of Guangdong province.  There are two famous attractions in Shaoguan: Danxia Mountain in Renhua county and Nanhua Temple in Maba county.  We will visit these two places tomorrow.

    Fengdu Walking Street: Lots of shops and local restaurants and food vendors can be found here.

    Today you will visit Danxia Mountain and Nanhua Temple. After the tour, you will then be transferred to take an overnight train to Guilin. Train code: K952 (2105-0610).  Your tour guide who escorts you from Shenzhen will say goodbye to you.

    -- Shaoguan--
    The Danxia Mountain: It is formed from a reddish sandstone which has been eroded over time into a series of mountains surrounded by curvaceous cliffs and many unusual rock formations. In the 2010 UNESCO list of world heritage sites, Mount Danxia was recorded as a natural World Heritage Site as part of China's Danxia landform.

    Nanhua Temple: It is located 25 km southeast of Shaoguan. The temple covers an area of more than 42.5 hectares (105 acres). It consists of a set of magnificent Buddhist buildings, including the Hall of Heavenly Kings, the Grand Hall, Sutra Depository, Sixth Ancestor Hall, Lingzhao Pagoda and 690 Buddhist statues.

    The temple was founded during the time of the North-South Dynasties in 502 AD by an Indian monk named Zhiyao Sanzang who originally named the site Baolin Temple. It received its present name in 968 during the reign of the Song Dynasty Emperor Taizong. Hui Neng, the Sixth Patriarch of the Chan School of Buddhism, once lived and taught here.

    Today you will be transferred to Longsheng to see the rice terraces. The drive will take 3 hours on the road. You will be transferred back to Guilin in the afternoon.

    Longsheng Rice Terraces: The rice terraces are located 100 kilometers from Guilin. The terraces were built into the hillsides from 600 years ago.

    In the morning, you will be transferred to Zhujiang Pier for a 4 hours Li River Cruise, you will enjoy the beautiful mountains, verdant fields, farms and villages with water buffalos.

    Lunch will be served onboard, Your destination is the village of  Yangshuo, where you'll disembark and stroll amid the colorful, bustling marketplace of local street vendors.

    Our tour coach will take other passengers back to Guilin at about 3pm.  You need to find a taxi to transfer to your hotel from the pier.

    Free time for the rest to the day in Yangshuo.    

    Li River: Li River boasts the most beautiful scenic area in Guilin, her landscape decorated with rolling hills, steep cliffs, fantastic caves, leisurely boats. Cruising on Li River, you can respire fresh air, feel the gentle breeze and appreciate the fabulous landscape on both sides.
