This morning you can watch the sunrise at Yading, you will then be transferred to Yading Natural Reserve (including eco-car). Yading in Daocheng embraces beautiful glaciers, snow-covered mountains, forests and lakes, showing appealing scenery. The dome-shaped glaciated rocks and graben basins can be seen everywhere on the plateau, being the largest ancient glacier site in China.
As a famous Buddhist sacred land, Yading is full of strong religious colors and folk customs. The environment that is cut off from the outside world and the quiet and beautiful scenery make Yading in Daocheng become the paradise on earth far away from the turmoil in the world; After dinner, you can enjoy a natural hot spring bath (free).

After hotel breakfast, you will go to Kuan Zhai Alley, then proceed to Chengdu Airport and depart from Chengdu.
Kuan Zhai Alley: Consisting of three parallel Chinese old-style alleys (Kuan Alley, Zhai Alley and Jing Alley), the Kuan Alley and Zhai Alley is one of the three conservation districts of historic sites of Chengdu as well as Wenshu Monastery and Daci Temples.

Important Note:
* If you are sick especially for heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney lesions significantly, organic disease, and severe anemia or high blood pressure patients, you can’t take part in the tour because most of spots located in Western Plateau and the tour will be hard for you.
* You must take more warm clothes to protect you against the cold because large temperature difference between day in plateau. Besides, you need keep the body dry.
* You need take some medicine against acute mountain sickness, and you also need take coldrex, antibiotics, and vitamin.
* You need take sunbonnet, sunglasses, sunscreen cream, Nasal ointment, and throat lozenge because the weather is drier, and ultraviolet rays is strong in plateau.
* Don’t riding horse alone. You need walk when you pass dangerous road and downhill path.
* You’d better take some high calorie food such as chocolate, beef jerky, biscuit because of personal eating habits and traffic jam. Besides, you can take some chewing gums to ease tinnitus and headache, but you can’t eat too much.
*It is special tour, the spots are scattered, the road condition and hotel accommodation is relatively poor, and the meal time may be changed with arrival time, you’d better prepare for them.
* Please respect local people’s religious belief and custom. When you pass by camilleliu, you can’t touch and take agates.
