    Our guide will pick you up at your hotel and tranfser you directly to visit Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. This base is a non-profitable research and breeding facility for giant pandas and other rare animals. Located on Futoushan Mountain in the northern suburbs of Chengdu and only 10 kilometers from downtown Chengdu, the base has easy access for visitors. Touring the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding is a great way to see the cutest panda, to get to know them and get back to the nature. Inside the base, there is a Giant Panda Museum which collects valuable giant panda specimens, fossils and documentaries and you will learn the distribution and current situation of giant pandas.

    Next we will proceed to see Leshan Giant Buddha. The Leshan Giant Buddha is the tallest stone Buddha statue in the world, carved out of a cliff face by an 8th-century monk in southern Sichuan province. Built during the Tang Dynasty (618–907AD), this Giant Buddha of Leshan overlooks the confluence of the Minjiang River, Dadu River and Qingyi River and faces the sacred Mount Emei (with which it shares its World Heritage status), with the rivers flowing below his feet.

    Afterwards, our guide will transfer you to the hotel and help you check in.

    Today will visit visit the great Mt. Emei. After bresfast at the hotel, our guide will pick you up and transfer you to Mount Emei. Mount Emei is located in the southwest of Sichuan Basin. It is one of the Four Sacred Buddhist Mountains in China. Mount Emei has gained world-wide fame for its magnificence, elegance, uniqueness, sacredness, deities and its strong and profound Buddhist culture. Mount Emei is also notable for its rich vegetarian and floral diversity by having a range from subtropical evergreen forests to subalpine pine forests. Mount Emei has great values in cultural and historic treasures. There are about 30 temples constructed in Mount Emei which are old and ancient, and have played great role in the development of Buddhism in China. When mount the great Emei, tourists can enjoy the spectaculars of sunrise, sunset, sea of clouds and the mysterious Buddha’s light.

    We will first take a bus, then drive about one and half hours along the mountain road from the gate to the cable car station in the middle of the mountain. Then you will take th ecablewat up to the site near the summit. Continue walk about 10 minutes and you will get to the Golden Summit. Enjoy the great scenery.

    After lunch, we will take the sightseeing bus down to the middle of the mountain. Then we will transfer to take a cable car to visit Wannian Temple. Then we will walk down through the one-sky-line rock, monkey region and Qingyin Pavilion. At last, we will arrive at the foot of the mountain. Then our guide will transfer you back to Chengdu and drop you at your hotel.
