After breakfast at the hotel, our guide will transfer you to visit Dongguang Mosque. The Xining Dongguan Mosque is the largest and best-preserved mosque in the city of Xining. Also the Xining Dongguan Mosque is one of the four great mosques in the northwest China. Dongguan Mosque was first constructed in the year of 1380 during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Dongguan Mosque attracts people there by its unique Islamic culture and featured architectures. Architectures of the mosque are constructed into the combined styles of Chinese traditional and Islamic architectural art.

Next we will move on to visit Ma Bufang Mansion. The Ma Bufang Mansion was the residential mansion for Mu Bufang and his family. Ma Bufang was a general during the Republic of China era. The mansion is the best-preserved building from its period. Constructed with strong local cultural features and high cultural values, Ma Bufang Mansion is a museum to get to local architecture, culture and customs from its buildings and exhibitions.

After dinner, our guide will transfer you to the hotel for check in.

Today your sightseeing at Xining will start a visit to Sun and Moon Mountain. The Sun and Moon Mountain is located about 40 kilometers southwest of Huangyuan County in Xining. As a part of Qilian Mountains, the Son and Moon Mountain is the boundary of the central agricultural area and the Qinghai-Tibet pastoral area. The pristine farmlands on the east side of the mountain and the classic nomadic culture with vast grasslands and roaming herds on the west side of the mountain give Sun and Moon Mountain unique scenery. The Sun Pavilion and the Moon Pavilion on each side of the mountain pass were built to commemorate Princess Wencheng. When atop the Sun and Moon Mountain, you will enjoy the magnificent views of the flowing Daotang River.

Then we will head forward to enjoy the great views of Qinghai Lake. Located in the northeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the northwest of Xining, Qinghai Lake is the largest inland lake and salt water lake in China with an area of 4,456 square kilometers. Surrounded by four magnificent mountains with the vast grasslands connecting the lake and the mountains, the limpid and peaceful Qinghai Lake attracts numerous tourists there for its natural beauty. Qinghai Lake provides a lot to see and enjoy. The best time to travel to Qinghai Lake is summer when the surrounding mountains and grasslands are blanked with green plants, colorful flowers and flocks of cattle and sheep. Qinghai Lake gets its most spectacular scenery when the surround farmland is carpeted with blooming rape flowers. The Bird Island and biking around Qinghai Lake are the other two major attractions there.

After breakfast at the hotel, our guide will pick you up and bring you to visit Gold and Silver Grassland. The Gold and Silver Grassland is located in Haiyan County of Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai. It is situated in northwest of the alluring Qinghai Lake. Gold and Silver Grassland is divided into Gold Grassland and Silver Grassland. Featured with vast grassland with lush green grasses, colorful flowers, causal roaming flocks and herds, blue sky and fresh air, the strong nomadic cultural background, the Gold and Silver Grassland is a popular tourist destination for sightseeing and relaxation in around Xining.

Next we will proceed to visit Danger Ancient Town. The Danger Ancient Town is located on the northern bank of Yellow River, Huangyuan County of Qinghai Province. Danger Ancient Town used to be an important trade town along the Tang-Tibet Old Way and Silk Road since West Han Dynasty. It is not only a historical and cultural town, but also a renowned religious town with its gorgeous architectures of temples, monasteries and mosques.

It is 131 kilometers from Xining and about 50 kilometers from Jianzha County. Kanbula National Forest Park is famed for its unique Danxi landforms, dense flora landscapes, ancient religious culture, magnificent construction of the power station and its dam, gorgeous scenery of valley and reservoir, and distinct Tibetan customs. With an occupation of 152 square kilometers, Kanbula Forest Park has a lot of attractive scenic spots to enjoy.
