Your Beijing sightseeing will go on and our guide will bring you to visit the Badaling Great Wall. As a symbol of Chinese civilization, the Great Wall is a must-visit attraction when travel to China. Built during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), Badaling Great Wall is the most well-preserved and the most visited section of the Great Wall of China. The winding wall on the steep mountain range with its solid construction and beautiful natural environment will surely amaze you.

Then you will have a stop at a jade shop. After that, our guide will transfer you back to downtown Beijing and take you to visit the Summer Palace. The Summer Palace is the largest and the most well-preserved royal park in China. Mainly occupied by Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake, the Summer Palace is a harmonious ensemble of artificial features of pavilions, halls, palaces, temples and bridges, and natural features of trees, hills and waters. Its high value in imperial landscape garden in the aspects of aesthetic and architecture will surely enchant you.

Afterwards, our guide will bring you yo have dinner and you will taste the delicious Peking Roast Duck. After dinner, our guide will bring you back to the hotel.

Beijing-Dunhuang by flight

After breakfast, our guide will bring you to the airport and you will take flight to Dunhuang. Our guide at Dunhuang will pick you up at the airport and then take you directly to visit Yumen Pass. Yumen Pass, also called the Jade Gate Pass, is located some 90 kilometers northwest of Dunhuang City, Gansu Province. Together with Yangguan Pass, it is the main pass by which ancient China was connected to the Silk Road. It was established twice separately in the Han and Tang Dynasties. The current Yumen Pass is the remains of the one built in the Tang Dynasty. Yumen Pass witnessed the economic and cultural exchanges between China and the west. At present, the Yumen Pass site consists of a small square castle.

After that we will proceed to visit Dunhuang Yadan National Geologic Park. Situated 180 kilometers in the northwest away from Dunhuang City, the Dunhuang Yadan National Geologic Park is the largest one of Yadan Landform found so far. The park stretches twenty-five kilometers from north to south and about two kilometers from east to west. It features the unique and wonderful scenes and landscapes of the gobi desert.

Next we will move on to see Devil City. The Yadan Devil City is located 90 kilometers away from Dunhuang. The Devil City has the featured Yadan landform scenery of ridges and grooves which are created by years of wind erosion. As the city locates in the wind gap, when storm comes across the whole area becomes dark and dusty, and you will hear sad and thrill whistling sound coming from the city. This is how it gets its name.

Afterwards, our guide will bring you to see the remains of the remains of Han Dynasty Great Wall. This Han Dynasty Great Wall refers to the remains of the Great Wall which was built in Han Dynasty (206BC - 220), which is more than 1,000 years earlier than the Ming’s Great Wall.

After breakfast, your Dunhuang exploration will continue with visit to Mogao Caves. The Mogao Grottoes, also named “Thousands Buddha Caves”, is regarded as the most valuable discovery in 20th century. It is known as the “Louvre of East”, which is outstanding for its exquisite mural paintings and statues. There are now 492 grottoes in which about 45000 square meters mural paintings and 2100 colorfully painted statues have been preserved very well. The history of Mogao Grottoes can be traced back to the “Five Hu-16 Kingdoms” period (CD304-439). Mogao Grottoes was constructed by the Prior Qin, and the subsequent dynasties rebuilt and enlarged the scope year by year. In the splendid caves, you will learn much about the evolution of China’s history.

Then we will head for the sightseeing of Crescent Spring. The Crescent Spring is located 5 kilometers southwest of Dunhuang and is famous as one of the “Eight Scenes of Dunhuang”. It is also known as the “first lake in the desert”. Surrounded by sand mountains, the Crescent Spring has a beautiful oasis with traditional Chinese architecture.

Afterwards, we will have a great time at the Echoing Sand Mountain. Echoing Sand Mountain is a famous scenic spots in Dunhuang. With the pale golden color, these dunes are huge and some measures about hundred meters while most of them are rather stable in shape though the dunes shift recurrently. When breezes come, the sand produces gentle and dulcet sounds just like beautiful music. This is how the mountain gets its name. You will have the opportunity to ride a camel for some amazing experiences.

After dinner, our guide will bring you back to the hotel for a good rest.

This morning our guide will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to Dengfeng to visit the famous Shaolin Temple. Located in the south of Mount Song, Shaolin Temple is considered as the birthplace of Zen Buddhism and the birthplace of Chinese Kunfu. Shaolin Temple is reputed to be 'the Number One Temple under Heaven' not only because the long history and status in Chinese Buddhism, but also for its amazing Kungfu culture. When visiting Shaolin Temple, you will enjoy the magnificence of the architecture in Shaolin Temple, also you will watch spectacular Shaolin Kungfu show.

Next we will move to visit Center of Heaven and Earth. This historic monuments of Dengfeng in "The Center of Heaven and Earth," which include the ancient architectural complex at Mount Songshan and the site of the Xia-dynasty capital, are situated in and around Mount Songshan in Henan.

Also we will visit Forest of Pagoda in Mount Song Scenic Area. Forest of Pagodas is situated at the foot of Mount Song on the west of Shaolin Temple. The Forest of Pagodas is actually tombs for reputed Shaolin monks. The Forest of Pagodas contains 228 stone or brick pagodas in different styles of different dynasties, being the largest Buddhism pagoda forest in China. The Forest of Pagoda is a treasure museum for the study of ancient Chinese brick construction and carving art.
Afterwards, our guide will transfer you back to Zhengzhou and drop you at the hotel.

Our guide at Shanghai will meet you at the airport and bring you to visit Yuyuan Garden as the starting of your Shanghai tour.As a famous classical garden in Shanghai, Yuyuan Garden attracts people by compact and exquisite layout, and natural features of rocks, pavilions, ornamental ponds and flower walls.

Next we will move to visit Chenghuangmiao Temple. Chenghuang Temple is a famous Taoist temple in Shanghai. This ancient temple with its long history and profound religious background is a hot temple for people to worship and pray. Also there are over a hundred stores and shops selling different kinds of items in this area, and most of these store buildings are nearly a century old.

Free strolling and shopping at Xintiandi will be arranged for the next activity. The Xintiandi is a popular shopping and entertainment center in Shanghai. You will appreciate the modern buildings and architectures of European styles along the street. Also you will find a lot of shops and stores of different styles selling various kinds of commodities. Also you will have a stop at a silk factory.

Then we will proceed to visit Oriental Pearl Tower. As one of the most important Shanghai landmarks and one of the most attractive places in Shanghai, Oriental Pear Tower appeals people by its unique architectural design and the alluring Shanghai views it brings.

Afterwards, we will go for the exploration of The Bund. As the most famous sightseeing destination in the city, the Bund has become a symbol of Shanghai and a must-go place for tourists. You will enjoy the fascinating views of Huangpu River and groups of architectures and skyscrapers.
